Above all, we want our CSA to be accessible to all people of all walks of life. We do not think that finances should determine the quality of food that a person can eat. We also recognize that to remain in business, we must be financially sustainable. We have created multiple payment options for our CSA to help make this a viable option for everyone.
We will once again be offering an income-based sliding scale payment option. Sliding scale payment options help bridge the gap of food inequality. Sliding scale options ask that those who can afford to pay more do so, so that those who cannot afford to pay as much, can pay less. This also takes the burden off of the farm to provide no-cost or low-cost food, so that we may stay financially sustainable and continue farming for the long term. Sliding scale options and suggestions can be found below.
Additionally, we offer Payment Plans for those who need. We also participate in a program called Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) where we can offer a matching grant to those paying with EBT/SNAP benefits.
